Event Masters opens a new location in Ghent with a strong focus on local contacts, sustainability and network expansion
Event Masters has recently opened a shiny new location at the Nieuwe Dokken in Ghent. The events agency from Willebroek decided to anchor itself in East and West Flanders and thereby expand their network in the region. The new location marks an important milestone in Event Masters’ growth and offers numerous opportunities for sustainable partnerships with clients and
suppliers.
Not just a hub
The new location in Ghent is much more than just an expansion of Event Masters’ activities. It is a full-fledged office, where clients can be received in a professional manner. “We are determined to become more deeply rooted in Ghent and in that way actively contribute to the local economy,” explains Olivier Meyskens, managing partner. “We want to make the most of the unique and local opportunities in Ghent and the surrounding areas to organize creative and unforgettable events.”
Sustainability in every aspect
Sustainability is a core value for Event Masters, and this value is also a key focus at the new location in Ghent. Ecological sustainability played a major role in the construction of the new office. It is equipped with solar panels, LED lighting and rainwater recovery systems, to name a few. The company also strives to build lasting relationships with both customers, suppliers and employees, with the goal of building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Hiring and a promising future
With the new offices in Ghent, the events agency is headed for a promising future. The first new colleagues, like Kristof Hebbrecht – who is no stranger to the sector – have already been hired. In the meantime, the team has also succeeded in bringing some major conferences to Ghent. In doing so, the company is helping to lay the foundation for conference tourism in the city of Ghent, among other things.
