Kilian and Luna, a strong duo within the PCO team, are true multitaskers! They juggle various tasks, from budget management to arranging transportation for a diverse range of events. And you know what? During their time here, they’ve not only acquired new skills like effective communication and efficient planning but also learned to shine under pressure.
Kilian: “It’s a well-known saying that you learn from your mistakes, but here at Event Masters, it’s truly embraced. Making mistakes is okay because they’re always noticed and discussed, ultimately leading to a valuable learning experience.”

Renée, an intern in the Tailormade department, and Fleur, the very first marketing intern, also like to share their experiences. Renée supports her internship mentor, searches for locations, and crafts strong proposals for clients. Fleur plans, creates, and maintains engaging social media content, designs visuals, and develops email marketing campaigns. Both appreciate the opportunity to take responsibility, grow within the company, and let their creative sides flourish.
