New teambuilding spotlight: We Love Music

The winter months call for an activity that gets your team literally and figuratively moving. At Event Masters, we continue to innovate and surprise our clients with unique concepts, and We Love Music is the perfect example of this. This new, interactive teambuilding activity places music at its core and is suitable for everyone—from seasoned musicians to complete beginners.

What can you expect? During this activity, your team will take part in various musical challenges: from creating music and guessing popular tunes to uncovering surprising connections in music history and genres. And for those who dare: dancing and singing complete the picture. The program is accessible and suitable for everyone, regardless of musical talent.

Travel awards 2024 organisation

On Friday, November 15, the iconic Skyhall at Brussels Airport hosted the 24th edition of the Travel Awards, organised by TRAVelMedia Belux and supported by Event Masters. The “Oscars of the Belgian travel industry” brought together no fewer than 900 guests, from travel agents to tour operators, to celebrate the best in their field.

With 35 awards, an impressive setting, and exquisite catering by Gourmet Invent, it was a night to remember. Between speeches and award ceremonies, guests enjoyed remarkable performances, including an impressive harp recital by ZEM and a performance by the Brussels Young Adult Choir. The evening ended in style with live music from FM Air and DJ Pierre Madalin—thanks to Club Med.

Once again, the Travel Awards proved to be the benchmark in the Belgian travel sector—a night full of class and recognition for the top players in the industry!

An amazing event to kick off the new financial year

What better way to kick off the new fiscal year than with a two-day event that is both inspiring and creative? That’s exactly what this group did. The focus was on reflecting on the past year, looking ahead to future plans, and embracing new challenges together. One of the most surprising elements was learning the basics of playing the violin in just one hour.

After the content-packed sessions and musical challenge, participants were treated to a special candlelit dinner at the Saint Peter’s Abbey in Ghent. The location provided a warm atmosphere, perfect for further discussions about plans for the year ahead. The evening ended festively in the mystical catacombs with music, dancing, and a fantastic ambiance.

Round Table on Responsible Soy Conference (RTRS Conference)

On November 19 and 20, the annual Round Table on Responsible Soy Conference took place at the Oude Vismijn in Ghent. For this international meeting, we welcomed 170 participants—from soy producers and traders to policymakers and environmental organisations—who gathered to discuss the future of sustainable soy.

Event Masters handled the entire organisation. Starting on November 18, we managed the setup, technical testing, and rehearsals to ensure everything ran smoothly. During the conference, we provided a professional setup, seamless coordination of speakers and presentations, and a stylish reception on the evening of November 19, where plenty of networking took place.

3 unique European incentive destinations for 2025

An incentive trip doesn’t always need to be on the other side of the world. Europe offers countless locations where unique team experiences can be combined with opportunities for meetings, workshops, and teambuilding without excessively long travel times. At Event Masters, we tailor everything—from planning to execution.

  1. Córdoba, Spain
In sunny southern Spain, Córdoba offers a mix of historic charm and modern facilities. Explore the impressive Mezquita on an exclusive tour, sample local delicacies during a culinary stroll through narrow streets, and finish with dinner in a stunning setting.
  2. Southern Italy
    • Puglia
Puglia, the undiscovered gem of Italy, is known for its charming white villages like Alberobello and authentic masserias. Enjoy local delicacies during a cooking workshop, explore the coast with traditional fishing boats, and host a dinner in an ancient olive grove.
    • Calabria
The southernmost tip of the Italian mainland offers an unspoiled natural landscape and genuine Italian hospitality. Explore hidden bays along the coast, stroll through the beautiful town of Tropea, and enjoy a traditional lunch in a local mountain village.

Prefer a faraway destination? Don’t worry—we also organise incentives outside Europe, from African savannahs to tropical islands in Asia. Whether near or far, we create tailor-made experiences that your team will remember for years.

Kompanjon npo: a bridge between students and vulnerable families

At Event Masters, we are proud to support Kompanjon npo. This organisation connects higher education students with socially vulnerable families. By acting as a bridge between school and family, Kompanjon creates equal learning opportunities.

Event Masters supports Kompanjon financially with an annual donation and helps organize events. Additionally, we involve our clients—each quote includes an optional contribution, where a small amount (based on project size) goes directly to Kompanjon upon confirmation.

To date, 16 companies have contributed through this initiative. Will you be next?
