BMW Motorrad GS ride out

The GS Ride Out in Rendeux gathered 350 enthusiastic GS riders for a weekend packed with adventure and unforgettable moments. It kicked off with a relaxing aperitif by the banks of the Ourthe, where guests soaked in the stunning surroundings. The highlight of the evening was the spectacular unveiling of the new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure, complete with a striking light show that made a lasting impression on the audience. After this unique experience, participants enjoyed a cosy BBQ in a hunting lodge, followed by a torch-lit forest walk.

The next day was all about action at a breathtaking quarry, where riders had the chance to test their off-road skills. It was a weekend not to be forgotten!

De Nationale Loterij / La Loterie Nationale: Nacht van het Geluk / Nuit de la Chance

On October 3, 2024, we hosted the Nacht van het Geluk / Nuit de la Chance, this time celebrating the 90th anniversary of the National Lottery at the Royal Museum of Art & History in Brussels. Guests were guided through the museum along a carefully mapped route with impressive video installations showcasing the National Lottery’s rich heritage in sports, culture, and society.

The evening’s highlight was the gala dinner in the magnificent Grand Narthex, where we ensured the seamless execution of various performances and the presentation of three Fortuna Awards. These awards recognized organisations and projects that embody the National Lottery’s core value: making a difference in our society. The dinner was beautifully opened by the moving children’s choir from the Flagey Academy, followed by a powerful drum solo by Lander Gyselinck to introduce Jannie Haek’s speech. The evening closed with a spectacular performance by the Amoukanama Circus, captivating guests with a unique mix of European and African acrobatics.

Together, we created an unforgettable evening that perfectly reflected the essence of the National Lottery and its commitment to society.

CM Family Day

A look back at a successful family day with 500 attendees, organised by RBFA Experiences by Event Masters in collaboration with CM, at the iconic Proximus Basecamp – the home of Belgian football and an ideal venue for various events, from sporty family days to corporate gatherings.

At the Moving Family Day, we welcomed 500 participants, who enjoyed a wide range of activities for all ages, including the costume Elasto Run, cécifoot, and padel. There were also relaxing sessions like yoga and Qi gong, offering something for everyone. For the children, the absolute highlight was the interactive kids’ village with bouncy castles and old-fashioned games, while adults got the chance to visit the national teams’ dressing rooms.

The event was a perfect showcase of what RBFA Experiences by Event Masters has to offer: unique, tailored experiences at exclusive locations. Whether it’s sporty challenges, relaxation, or business gatherings, we ensure each event is an unforgettable experience.

An unforgettable VOKA open company Day with Aktrion!

Together with Aktrion, we organised an impressive VOKA Open Company Day that entertained both young and old. During guided tours through the various departments, staff shared their expertise and gave fascinating insights into their daily work, from production processes to Aktrion’s ongoing innovations.

There was plenty of entertainment for all ages. Brassband Willebroek delivered a lively performance, while younger visitors unleashed their creativity by painting car parts. Meanwhile, older visitors had a blast on the thrilling RC race track, where they competed in mini racing contests.

For those interested in a career at Aktrion, there was a dedicated recruitment booth where visitors could not only learn about current job openings but even apply on the spot. The day ended with delicious snacks and drinks, providing visitors with the chance to chat and reflect on the day.

Portima in Maastricht

The two-day event for Portima took place in the enchanting setting of Chateau St. Gerlach, where the first day was focused on intensive seminars. Our team managed the full organisation, allowing Portima’s management and staff to concentrate on strategic discussions and knowledge sharing in a beautiful environment.

The second day, the Portima Day: “Discover Maastricht,” was all about teambuilding. For this closing day, we put together an interactive program, where participants could choose activities such as cave biking, marlstone carving, and a visit to a vineyard. For those looking for more adventure, there was the option to join a Vespa tour through Maastricht’s charming surroundings or an iPad treasure hunt around the city.

The day concluded with the Boomtime teambuilding activity, followed by a relaxing aperitif and a delicious BBQ, where participants shared their experiences from the day.

BioMérieux in Hotel Cardo

From October 21 to 24, we welcomed bioMérieux for a managers’ meeting at the brand-new Hotel Cardo, Belgium’s largest hotel. Although it was a last-minute request, Event Masters was ready to jump into action. We meticulously arranged everything in a short period: from inspiring meetings to atmospheric dinners in the heart of Brussels. The final touch was a challenging Drone Control teambuilding activity on Tuesday, carefully chosen from our extensive range.

With only 12 participants, this event once again demonstrated that, regardless of timing or group size, we effortlessly deliver a perfect experience. At Event Masters, we’re always ready, even for last-minute requests, at the most unique locations.

Happy Client Quote

“Very good arrangements beforehand, which definitely gave us peace of mind as a client. Everything was under control, and we were always well informed about our ‘case’. During the event, the presence was subtle but always there. A beautiful whole, with a well-coordinated team working together.”
