Toy factory is a teambuilding where you assemble, decorate and personalise toys intended for donation to charity.
Each team receive a box with the nescesarry material. They are challenged to combine components and produce a range of high quality children’s toys. Participants are guided through the process on the basis of building plans. Participants must identify the components, set up a work process, and set up a production line. Not only high quality is important, participants must also work against a deadline that requires collaboration.
If participants think their article is finished, they can call the jury and pass the quality check.
