Big news! Event Masters is taking on strong PCO experience
We once again have big news at Event Masters, with a new master joining the ranks. And what a master! PCO manager Jan Van den Broeck recently became part of our team, bringing 20 years of experience with him. Looking for a congress organizer? The organisation of your congresses is in safe hands with Event Masters like never before. In fact, Jan has already been asked to organise the Young Movers Conference for 2018.
Event Masters is continuously growing and innovating, resulting in an ever broader range of event-related services. And with increasing demand from within the sector for a good congress organizer, we felt the need to respond. With Jan Van den Broeck coming on board as our Professional Conference Organiser, our company is more than capable of meeting the need!
The PCO team will be working in close collaboration with other Event Masters services (team building, tailor-made events, destination management and incentives) to approach meetings, congresses and conferences in the creative and distinctive manner that is characteristic of Event Masters. This means veering off traditional paths and investing in a new congress experience.
How will this collaboration actually work? Event Masters has broad in-house knowledge that allows us to respond to requests quickly, while guaranteeing clients a successful congress with our 360° approach. Team building, gala dinners, graphic design, our own audiovisual material, registration modules, DMC services, 2,000m² of warehousing … it’s all ready for use. And it sets Event Masters apart from the other PCOs in Belgium.
A good example of this difference is to be found in the Young Movers Conference, due to take place in Belgium in the spring of 2018. 300 participants from 25 countries will attend the congress. With its theme, ‘Move to the music’, this conference will also include numerous Event Masters team-building concepts. Boom Time, Hit the music and Orchestrate will form a perfect supplement and suit the theme of the congress. The DMC department will also care of the networking moments and the gala dinners. The expertise of all departments will be of great value, with smooth and powerful interactions between them and the PCO department.
