The event season is in full swing again, and at Event Masters we look forward to creating unforgettable moments with you again. A look back at our annual end-of-season event!
Every year at Event Masters, we end our season in style with our end-of-season event, and this year was no exception! It is the perfect moment to come together, recharge our batteries, and enjoy inspiring conversations, delicious food, and a vibrant after-party.
This year the event took place in The Chapel, a beautiful location in the heart of Mechelen. We started the evening with an engaging presentation from Leadlife about well-being in the workplace and the importance of balance in our busy sector. Afterwards, we raised our glasses during an atmospheric aperitif and an extensive fine dining dinner. After dinner, we moved to The Chapel’s atmospheric wine cellar, where the DJ set the tone for an unforgettable afterparty. A perfect ending to a fantastic season.
We are already looking forward to what the next event season has in store, and we hope you are just as excited as we are! Stay tuned for more updates on upcoming events, as there is still a lot of great stuff in the pipeline.
Viking teambuilding at the Ghent Dock Festivities
Event Masters brought the excitement of the Viking Age to life during the Dock Festivities in Ghent with our popular The Vikings teambuilding event. Teams could register for free and unleash their creativity by designing and building their own Viking boat, to then compete in an exciting water duel. This challenge tested not only their craftsmanship but also their ability to work together under pressure.
What exactly is The Vikings teambuilding event? Teams race against the clock to build sturdy boats, which then undergo their ultimate test: an epic race! This activity challenges participants to think strategically while having lots of fun.
Fun fact: did you know that this event took place just outside our office in Ghent, in the Nieuwe Dokken?
BMW Customer Experience days
At the beginning of September 2024, we transformed Shed 2 of Tour & Taxis into the BMW Customer Experience Days Walhalla for three weeks. Over 13 days, we welcomed an impressive 1,200 guests.
The goal of this event was to provide participants with a stress-free experience while offering them more information about BMW’s aftersales services in a relaxed environment. Along with plenary sessions, various interactive activities allowed visitors to fully immerse themselves in the world of BMW.
Event Masters took care of the entire production of this event: from finding the perfect location, such as the unique setting in Tour & Taxis, to the decoration of the halls, the organization of various activities, and the coordination of all partners. One of the highlights was the xDrive off-road activity, where participants were given the opportunity to test the powerful BMW xDrive technology on a specially designed off-road course. In addition, guests could unleash their creativity during a graffiti workshop and test their skills in an exciting drone challenge.
As icing on the cake, the French-speaking guests were treated to a comic ending by stand-up comedian Kody. The Dutch-speaking groups were in turn entertained by Gilles Van Bouwel with a bespoke interactive quiz. Each day was concluded by these enjoyable activities, which created a relaxed and light-hearted atmosphere.
10 years of Emirates Belgium
For the 10th anniversary of Emirates in Belgium, Event Masters organised an exclusive evening themed ‘A Decade in the Clouds’. From concept to execution, we took care of everything. The result? An experience that literally and figuratively made guests float above the clouds.
Capturing memories is something Emirates excels at, so that aspect certainly could not be missing. Instead of a traditional photo booth, guests were treated to something more personal: Emirates cabin crew captured moments with Polaroid photos, offering a unique and intimate experience, just like on board the aircraft.
The evening culminated in a spectacular performance by ten dancers. Their choreography, specially tailored for the event, ensured a spectacular finale just before the DJ took over the evening.
Camure-ISMR Conference
Event Masters had the honour of organising the CAMURE-ISMR conference in the beautiful Augustinian Monastery Thagaste in Ghent from September 8 to 11. This international meeting brought together experts and scientists from all over the world to share knowledge on topics such as catalysis, reactor design, and sustainable chemical processes.
Our PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) team took care of the entire organisation, from room setup to the smooth running of both regular sessions and thematic presentations. The combination of plenary sessions and in-depth thematic discussions provided an inspiring platform for new ideas.
With attention to detail and hospitality, we created an environment in which participants could fully focus on scientific exchange, while we ensured the flawless execution of the conferences.
National or international company visits? We do that as well.
More and more companies want to offer their employees and customers a unique experience by taking them behind the scenes of the production process. For several years now, we have been organising multiple visits to the production units of a supplier of heating elements. The installers get a unique behind-the-scenes look. This kind of seminar ensures that the guests gain a better knowledge of the product and can share best practices with industry peers. In recent months, we have organised several successful national and international company visits of this type at Event Masters.
Our approach at Event Masters results in worry-free and flawlessly executed events. We take care of the entire organisation, from planning to execution, so you don’t have to worry about the logistical details.

In the spotlight: our own webshop and logistics support
At Event Masters, we do much more than just organise events. Behind the scenes, we have worked hard in recent years to develop an advanced logistics structure and a fully integrated webshop. On this webshop, customers can manage their materials: consult the platform with all kinds of items such as banners, flags, gadgets, clothing, or trade show booths, share with colleagues, or use them for actions or events.
We will soon be expanding the possibilities even further. You can order POS material directly through the webshop and consult delivery times and prices yourself. An even more efficient way to organise your events and promotions down to the last detail! We have also further developed our platform on the backend. Our extensive crew app allows freelancers to easily sign up for various jobs. With just a few taps on their smartphone, they know exactly which tasks are available, while our planning department can swiftly schedule the right people in the right place.
We are proud of our collaboration with Proximus, but we are also seeing more and more other companies finding their way to our webshop. We continue to grow and look forward to providing the best service for your company.
