December has arrived, and at Event Masters, the Christmas spirit is already in the air. This year, once again, we’ve prepared a spectacular Christmas video and worked with almost our entire team on one of our biggest events of the year. Now it’s time to put everything aside and enjoy a well-deserved break together. See you in 2025!

The One where EM celebrated Christmas

What do you get when you combine Friends, Christmas, and a hefty dose of Event Masters magic? That’s right, our brand-new Christmas video! Inspired by the iconic Friends intro and featuring the beloved song: I’ll Be There For You.

Together with our entire team, we’ve created a video that will get everyone into the Christmas spirit. A big thank you to Gert and Steven IOHA, and Nico for their fantastic work behind the camera, and to our team for giving it their all.

Enjoy our Christmas video, and we wish you a warm, cosy Christmas and a brilliant 2025. And remember, next year too, we’ll be there for you!

Another BEA Award for Event Masters!

We are incredibly proud to share that Event Masters has won yet another award! At the BEA Awards, we took home the bronze award in the Institutional Events category for our organisation of Velo-city 2024.

This international conference transformed the city of Ghent into a vibrant hub for sustainable mobility, bringing together over 1,600 experts from around the globe. Together with our partners, the City of Ghent, and our dedicated PCO and Operations/Production teams, we didn’t just organise a conference – we set a new standard for future editions. Velo-city 2024 was the biggest, most international, and most sustainable edition to date – an absolute milestone for both the cycling community and Event Masters.

Proximus Think NXT 2024

Proximus Think NXT was an event of great significance. The Nekkerhal in Mechelen was completely transformed into an impressive venue where both the exhibition setup and technical construction were meticulously executed. The event focused on the latest technological developments and strengthening collaborations within the sector. Themes such as AI, 5G, cybersecurity, and a digital future took centre stage, bringing together experts and companies to exchange new ideas and insights.

Proximus Think NXT was one of our biggest productions of the year. Thanks to the effort, flexibility, and dedication of many colleagues, as well as our committed partners and suppliers, we can look back on an impressive and successful edition!

Portima’s Brio on Track: a roadshow across Belgium

With Brio On Track, Portima brought their vision for the future and innovations closer to brokers in a surprising way. What made this roadshow so special? Its musical touch!

Guests were warmly welcomed at four unique locations: Mechelen, Ghent, Brussels, and Liège. After a refreshing welcome drink, a crispy snack, and a delicious walking dinner, the evening truly began. Under the expert moderation of Virginie Claes, a compact, captivating, and informative presentation was delivered on the future and the latest features of Brio – the perfect opportunity to gain inspiration and look ahead.

To wrap up the informative segment in a lighthearted manner, Belpop Bonanza in Flanders delivered a tailor-made show. The intriguing question, “Is there a link between the music and insurance worlds?” was met with a surprisingly amusing answer. In Brussels and Wallonia, the audience enjoyed an exclusive private concert by Noé Preszow, whose moving songs gave the evening an extra sparkle. To conclude the event perfectly, a delightful dessert was served, allowing guests to reflect on an inspiring and successful evening.
