For Elia’s yearly new year’s party, Event Masters designed and produced a large-scale corporate staff event for 1,000 employees. The objective: celebrate a new year, strengthen employee engagement, and combine strategic content with high-energy celebration.
Our answer: Electric Avenue, an immersive event concept transforming Asiat Park into a fully branded Elia boulevard.
Creative concept & experience design
The venue was transformed into a vibrant “Electric Avenue” with “shops” and “restaurants” to fully immerse the guests. From a nightshop and (airbrush) tattoo shop, to themed culinary corners invoking different types of restaurants, the event design blended content, engagement and celebration into one cohesive experience.
Immersive plenary show production
At the heart of the event stood a large-scale plenary show combining film production, stage design and live interaction. Through an integrated film-and-live storytelling format, employees travelled back in time – through a Back to the Future, DeLorean-inspired narrative – revisiting key milestones: the founding years and stock exchange entry, European market integration, major infrastructure and offshore projects, and the digital transformation.
